Overcome Cellulite



Cellulite often become problem each woman, not only woman whose overweight body, but also they whose slim body. Many people assumed that cellulite is difficult to be overcome.

It is true. But,exercise, especially which is focused at part of bottom and thigh can support to lessen, moreover overcome cellulite of your bottom and thigh, including some movement in yoga. For maximal result,do it 3 times during 30 minutes each session.

  1. Butterfly

  • Sit on the floor with straightening back.
  • Fold feet one by one, and close sole of feet in front of you. Hold feet with both of hand and pull it until near at body.
  • Move up and down your knee likes butterfly flap the wings.
  • Do 30 times.

  1. Pedaling Bicycle

  • Lie down with supine body and bend the knees, and also both of hands on side body and stomach pulled into.
  • Lift both of feet and do movement like pedaling bicycle.
  • Repeat 10 times.

  1. Lifting Foot/Feet Side

  • Lie down with body aside and one hand lean on head, and the others in front of you.
  • Breathe and lift foot slowly as high as possible and lift hand.
  • Hold up this position during 10 seconds.
  • Breathe and go down Your foot and hand slowly.
  • Repeat 10 times.
  • Do with other foot.

  1. Lifting Hip

  • Lie down with supine body and bend the knees and also both of hands on side body.
  • Lift your body slowly, as high as possible.
  • Hold up this position as you can and breathe regularly.
  • Go down your body and back to first position.
  • Repeat 10 times.
  • Rest a minutes before do next movement.

  1. Pushing feet

  • Lie face downward.
  • Lift both of hands and bend the knees so that the body rests on knees and hands.
  • Push one of feet to head slowly with head as if close feet.
  • Go down the head slowly, bend the back and pull the up foot go to your eyebrow.
  • Make sure that sole of feet do not touch the floor.
  • Repeat 5 times.
  • Do with other foot.

Before Practice

  1. Combine practice with swimming, walking, running, or having an aerobic during 45 minutes, several times each weeks.
  2. Dr James Fleming in his book, Beat Cellulite Forever, recommend the effective food to overcome cellulite, such as peterseli, onion, and food which consist of omega 3 and found on tuna, gourd and salmon.
  3. Drink water 2 liters or more a day can release toxin in the body which causes appearance of cellulite.
