Cope with Hair-loss

Hair is like a crown for everyone, especially for women. But, hair-loss is a hair problem are often experienced. For men, they often have a problem about baldness. For women, they often experience hair-loss continuously. 


Naturally, hair growth has three phases, such as the growth phase (anagen), the resting phase (kantagen), and the loss phase (telogen). Hair-loss is a natural cycle for the hair growth. Normally, the hair loss will have 100 strands per day. If the hair-loss is more than that, you should be wary.


Hair-loss can be caused by:

  1. Heredity factor. Hair-loss because of this factor is very difficult to overcome it except prevent the loss did not progress rapidly.
  2. The disease factor. The disease such as leukemia can cause the hair-loss.
  3. Hardening of collagen of the base of the hair or below the scalp. Hardening of collagen will cover the base of the hair and makes the nutrients difficult to absorb. As a result, the union between the base of the hair and the scalp become weak and the capillary fibers become thinner. If not treated, the hair will experience loss and even baldness.

  5. Use a natural product. Avoid or at least reduce the use of chemical care or styling products. Avoid the hard chemical styling products such as hair straightening, dyeing, and bleaching. Do not often hair drying with high temperature.
  6. Use a garlic as a treatment. Garlic contains of a sulfur that can overcome the hair-loss naturally because the sufficient amount of a sulfur in a hair will regenerate the follicles. The addition of garlic extract in a shampoo helps to keep the hair to stay strong and prevent hair-loss and damage. For everyone with dry hair and itchy scalp, it is also the solution of these annoying symptoms. You can also do it before sleeping. Cut the garlic cloves in a half then rub on the scalp and hair. Wait for an hour then massage the scalp with olive oil. Do it once or twice a week to get the better result.
