Eat Chocolates??? Why not...

A few days ago is known as Valentine's Day. Many people in the world celebrate this day by giving presents to their lovers. One of presents which commonly give is chocolates. Hmm...


Did you hear that chocolates make you fat? Or some people said, chocolates make toothless?
These are the facts of chocolates.
  1. Helping in solving mathematics. Flavonol, the compound in chocolates is the antioxidant which estimated can increasing the circulation, included the blood  flow to the brain. A study at 2009 got the conclusion that the people who drink chocolates with flavonol count back the number between 800-900 faster than the people who did not drink it.
  2. Making you full. The Denmark's researchers found that people who eat dark chocolates before eat, absorb 15% of calories fewer and do not want a fat food than people who did not eat it.
  3. Increasing a mood and decreasing a stress. Chocolates contain a phenetylamine which leads to release an endorphin which creates a happy feeling.  This reaction similar with the feel of fall in love. Chocolates also contain anandamide which activate the brain receptor like the effect of marijuana. Chocolates contain serotonin, the natural anti depression. Besides, the research found that chocolates that melt in the mouth will make a pleasant feeling longer than a passionate kiss.
  4. Decreasing blood's pressures. Based on the result of some researches, dark chocolates can decreasing blood's pressures for the people who have high blood's pressure.
  5. Decreasing LDL Cholesterol. Eat dark chocolates regularly can decreasing 10% of LDL Cholesterol.
  6. Avoiding and resisting a cancer. Some researches found that chocolates is one of the best food to resist cancer together with red grapes, blueberries, onion, and tea. Chocolates can obstruct cell's divisions and decrease the inflammation.
  7. Avoiding harm of teeth.Some research found that theobromine on chocolates is able to avoid harm of teeth by omitting streptococcus mutants, i.e., a bacteria on mouth cavity which causes harm of teeth. 
  8. Making a long life. A study at British Medical Journal found that consuming chocolates and candies prolong a life for one year than people who avoid the sweet food. A research in Netherlands followed by 200 men over 20 years old, the people who consume chocolates, both milk and dark, having a longer life and decreasing the disease rather than the people who never consume it. To reinforce the research, Jeanne Louise Calment, one of the oldest men, live for 122 years old and said that he consume dark chocolates 2.5 pounds in a week.
  9. Having high of magnesium. Cacao contains a higher magnesium than other plants. Magnesium is the important mineral that help in regulation process of digestion system, nerve, and cardiovascular. Hence, many people who lack of magnesium are adding dark chocolates that rich of magnesium to increase the body's health.
  10. Cleaning the artery. A research showed that antioxidant on cacao is able to work like a sweep cleans the plaque on artery's wall.
  11. Protecting brains. Many researches showed that dark chocolates are good for brain's health. Researchers of University of John Hopkins found that chocolates are able to protect brain nerve cells from farther harm when getting a stoke. Dark chocolates can also increase brain's memory. 
  12. Increasing libido. Chocolates have efficacy of Aphrodisiac that is known as the substance which influence the neurotransmitter, increase the hormone so that bring someone into a lust, add the fertility, and strengthen the erection. Chocolates also contain L-arginin, the substance which is able to stimulate the erection.
